If you have registered for a program and you, or one or more of your group, cannot attend for any reason, please notify us via email at training@thewickfordgroup.com or by fax at 703-579-1563.   If you notify us of the party or parties who are unable to attend more than five (5) business days prior to the date of the program, you will receive a full refund for the amount of registration fees paid for those who are unable to attend.  If you notify us of the party or parties who are unable to attend five (5) or fewer business days prior to the date of the program, you will receive a refund for the amount of admission fees paid for those who are unable to attend, less a $75 administraive fee for each party unable to attend. 

If a person who registers for a program cannot attend a program, but wishes to attend a future program or transfer his/her registration to another party, then that person may either (a) transfer his/her registration to a future scheduled program offered by The Wickford Group, or (b) transfer his/her registration to another party; provided, however, that The Wickford Group receives notice of the transfer by email at training@thewickfordgroup.com or by fax at 703-579-1563 not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the program for which he/she is registered.   The Wickford Group shall have no obligation to honor a transfer if notice of such transfer is not received at least 24 hours prior to the date and time of the program for which the person is registered.

In the event that The Wickford Group cancels a program, each party registered will receive a full refund for the amount of registration fees paid.   The Wickford Group shall have no responsibility for other charges incurred by a registrant, including, without limitation, travel, parking or lodging expenses.
